Belton House.

Belton House was built by Sir John Brownlow in the 1680s from designs, it is conjectured by some, of Sir Christopher Wren. The house is made of stone in the shape of an H in the Renaissance style. The house is lavishly decorated with fine paintings, silverware and carvings. The estate includes, parkland, formal gardens, an orangery, and ponds. The house featured in the BBC's TV 1995 adaptation of Pride and Prejudice.

Belton House is a National Trust property with free entry for National Trust members.
